About the Firm

Our history

Noorhuda & Partners was established on 1 January 1997 by Dato’ Sri Noorhuda binti Alias, who remains the firm’s Senior Partner and Managing Partner. The firm’s main office is at Menara Zenith, Putra Square, Kuantan, and it has a branch office at Wisma Central, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

The firm is registered with the Malaysian Bar under Registration No. 000020001261.

What we do

Our work covers property conveyancing and developer documentation, banking and Islamic finance documentation, civil litigation and debt recovery, commercial agreements, wills and estates, and Syariah and family matters. Our clients include individuals and families, small and medium enterprises, companies, property developers, financial institutions, and state and statutory bodies.

Our areas of practice

Panel appointments

The firm is on the panel (or ad-hoc panel) of solicitors for a number of organisations, including:

• commercial and Islamic banks;
• development finance and other financial institutions, including public-sector housing finance;
• state and statutory bodies in Pahang and at federal level;
• corporate bodies; and
• property developers and real estate agencies.

Our people

The firm has four partners and three legal assistants, supported by conveyancing and litigation staff in both offices.

• Every advocate and solicitor in the firm holds a current practising certificate issued by the Malaysian Bar.
• The firm maintains professional indemnity insurance as required under the Legal Profession Act 1976, together with additional top-up cover.
• The firm is registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia as a supplier.
