Conveyancing & Developer Projects

Property sale and purchase, transfers, loan documents and developer documentation in Kuantan and Kuala Lumpur.

Buying, selling and financing property, and documentation for housing developers.

What this covers

  • Sale and purchase of property by individuals and companies
  • Memorandum of Transfer and Deed of Assignment
  • Loan and financing documents for property purchases, including charges, discharges of charge, assignments and novations
  • Power of Attorney
  • Tenancies and leases
  • Documentation for housing developers and development projects
  • Government housing loans (e.g. LPPSA-financed purchases)

How it usually works (sub-sale purchase)

  1. First meeting — we take your instructions, check the property details and explain the steps and documents.
  2. Searches and checks — we carry out land and other searches and check the title and any restrictions.
  3. Agreement — we prepare or review the sale and purchase agreement and arrange signing.
  4. Financing — if you are taking a loan, the loan and security documents are prepared and signed.
  5. Consents and stamping — any required consents are applied for and documents are stamped.
  6. Completion — the balance price is paid, the transfer is presented for registration and vacant possession is handed over.
  7. After completion — we send you the registered documents and a summary.

Timelines vary with the type of title, consents required and the bank’s requirements. We will give you an estimate at the start.
